Depending on the jurisdiction, XARU provides each service directly or coordinates it, always with specialised legal counsel in each jurisdiction.

Every establishment mandate is governed by verified identity, source-of-funds and due-diligence requirements, jurisdiction-specific compliance, and confidentiality. Regulated corporate services are provided through authorised entities where the jurisdiction requires it, and every regulated step is taken with specialised legal counsel in that jurisdiction.

Depending on the project, jurisdiction, feasibility and mandate, XARU may act as adviser, structurer, integrator, sponsor, manager or participant. XARU designs, integrates and coordinates financial and technological infrastructure through authorised entities and partners where the activity requires it.
